This 3 bedroom ground floor is situated in the Mar D’Or complex.

The Mar D’Or apartment complex is one of Estartit’s finest. Situated only 500 m from the beach and within easy walking distance to bars, restaurants and shops, this is a private residential complex with some owners renting out their properties.

The magnificent well kept communal pool and garden area is situated in the centre of the complex and only accessible from inside. The 450 m2 pool features a small bridge and varying depths. There is also a small separate shallow children’s pool. These are surrounded by a grassed area with sunbeds, making a very relaxing but also fun family atmosphere.

• The apartment is all on one level with a large living dining area.

• There is an american style kitchen and a main bathroom with jacuzzi bath.

• There is one double bedroom which has an ensuite bathroom room.

Bedding and towels are included for up to 6 sharing. For extra people sharing there is a charge of 8.50 euros per person per week. Private underground secure parking is an optional extra and must be pre-booked.
